Everyone Must Have Known God When We Open Our Eyes To Look Around.

How Did The Bible Said We Existed

In Genesis chapter 1, we were told that God made a beautiful world. The Word of God, the Holy Bible, stated that He was pleased and said It was good. When God said it is good, it is indeed very good in our fallen world standard. In Genesis 1:26-27, He made us human beings in His image to rule over His creations. That’s a hugh privilege as well as a hugh responsibility given to us by the Master & Creator of the Universe.

Genesis 1 (NLT) The Account of Creation
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Genesis 1:26-27 (NLT)
26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings[a] in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”

27 So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

Man’s Condition Today
Yet in Romans 1:18-20, Paul mentioned in the 1st Century that God show His anger because of the works of sinful and wicked people and these people suppressed the truth about Him. What happened next is catastrophic as God in Romans 1:24 stated that He abandon these people to do whatever their hearts pleases and they would have to give an account of their lives when they come before Him someday.

Romans 1:18-20, 24 (NLT)
18 But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness.[a] 19 They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. 20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.

24 So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies.

According to Job 23:15-17, this is a frightening and terrifying experience that makes him sick at his heart.

Job 23:15-17
15 No wonder I am so terrified in his presence. When I think of it, terror grips me. 16 God has made me sick at heart; the Almighty has terrified me. 17 Darkness is all around me; thick, impenetrable darkness is everywhere.

Man’s Choice Today
Let’s make our decisions to be like Job that we would stay on His paths and treasured His Word more than food.

Job 23: 11-12 11
For I have stayed on God’s paths; I have followed his ways and not turned aside. 12 I have not departed from his commands, but have treasured his words more than daily food.

When we do that, His Holy Spirit who lives within us will help us grow deeper in our relationship with this AWESOME GOD.

Ezekiel 36:27 (NLT)
27 And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.
