Who We Are

As commanded by Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20, Live for Eternity Church exist to bring glory to God by nurturing disciples through Christ-centered worship, proclaiming the message of Hope because Jesus is risen from the dead and encouraging one another to live well, to live fruitful lives because God had prepared an enormous inheritance for those who faithfully live for Him in these brief lives.

The church started on 16th January 2011 with the desire to tell people to live for God.

There is a great future coming for every person - an eternity that will last forever and ever in comparison with our brief lives here on earth for about 80+years.

The church's desire is to proclaim the Good News about what Jesus Christ, the Son of God, had done for mankind on the cruel cross. When we believe, and accept Him as our Saviour, we have shifted from a spiritual pauper, hopelessly in sin, to a prince of God ready to be revealed when Christ comes again the second time. There is a day of accounting and each of us would have to give an account for our lives before the judgement seat of Christ. May God help us to be faithful.

Progress Arrow

With God in control, we pray that our members will from guests or visitors to maturity in Christ.

Ephesians 4:11-16
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
